Some art as well as photography

Just thought I might add in some art as well as photography :)

This is a painting of my Dad which I photocopied and cut up. Then I took some squares away and printed grey paint squares from paper onto it and also stuck some of the paper down. I thought it was a pretty good painting since that's not my strong point :/
Anyways, bye!

Some photography

Here are some photos I took based on the photographer Nick Knight's work. He's an amzing fashion photographer, and I tried to represent his style in my photos.
Oh! And I'll be going to New York, I am leaving on monday and I'll upload some of the photos and write about it asap! Can't wait to finally go!!! I've never been before, so it will be a once in a lifetime experience! See everyone afterwards! :)
It's going to be a whole other world!

My First Post

My, first post... I don't really want to make this boring for you, so I'm going to start off with my background. I come from the south east of England. My passions are taking photos and creating art and that's where I want to head off to in the future. My dream is to win The Turner Prize and that means I have to be the best, but it'll take a lot of hard work. I will be recording my life from now on, through my A levels and further on after that, I hope. I have been in 6th form for about 6 weeks now and loving it way more than GCSEs. I am in the art studio for half my time at school which is amazing, it's like my second bedroom. For my A levels apart from Art and Photography, I am doing Psychology and English Literature. Psychology is really interesting so far but there's a lot to remember. English lit is hard and will be a hard subject to do, with lots of essays to write for homework. Well actually I better get on with my homework now, and stop procrastinating.
Well, until next time, bye, and I hope to see you soon :)
